Hello there,
I’m Yoseph.

I’m a Manchester-based Senior Digital Designer with over 15 years of experience crafting digital experiences and building brands that last.

The (design) story so far…

I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember — my school books were filled with doodles, and growing up with an artist mother and a musician father meant creativity was always part of my life. By the time I chose Double Art and Graphic Products at GCSE, I knew design was the path I wanted to follow.

After studying Art & Design at college and Graphic Design at university, I began my career at a digital agency focused on early iOS and Android apps. It was there I cut my teeth on wireframing and prototyping long before “UX” became the norm.

I went on to flourish at Mosquito Digital, working on award-winning projects for major brands and becoming the go-to designer for product work. From there, I moved client-side as Senior UI Designer at Beauty Bay, where I was able to take real ownership of long-term projects.

Today, I lead all things design at System Loco — from brand and marketing through to SaaS platforms and physical products — helping shape intelligent IoT solutions for supply chain, asset tracking and med-tech.

I’m always open to freelance and contract projects — the variety of work, styles, and challenges keeps my skills sharp and my thinking fresh. Away from my desk

Outside of work, I’m a devoted father to my wonderful daughter and enjoy staying active and creative in my spare time. I’ve played basketball since childhood and still love getting out on the court (when my knees allow) and I’m also an avid guitar player who enjoys having another creative outlet.

I’m a lifelong Manchester City supporter (I remember the dark days) and love travelling whenever I can, using it as a way to recharge and gain fresh perspective. Other things I love are Lego, Fast Cars, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Anime, Skateboarding and basically anything else people like to nerd out on.
