Basketball England

#TogetherWeAreBasketball

Three male basketball players wearing red and white jerseys with 'ENGLAND' written on them; they appear to be celebrating or reacting intensely during a game.

Growing the game I love.

This was truly a dream project. While at Mosquito Digital, I had the opportunity to lead the pitch that secured a major, multi-year partnership with Basketball England. My lifelong connection to the sport — which I still play today — helped build immediate trust with the leadership team, who felt their brand was in safe hands.

I was responsible for creating comprehensive brand guidelines to support Basketball England’s new approach to engaging audiences, increasing participation, and growing the game nationally. This included developing their flagship campaign — #TogetherWeAreBasketball — which continues to drive awareness and involvement across the sport to this day.

As part of the rebrand, I also designed Basketball England’s website and key user interfaces, enabling team administrators and members to manage memberships and club licences with ease.

Seeing #TogetherWeAreBasketball displayed throughout the National Basketball Performance Centre in my hometown of Manchester is something I’m incredibly proud of — a tangible reminder that I was able to contribute to the growth of a sport I love.
