Beauty Bay App

For the obsessed, by the obsessed.

Early in my time at Beauty Bay, I took full ownership of a complete redesign of the Beauty Bay app. The initial concepts were so well received that leadership reprioritised the business’s development roadmap to fast-track the app into production.

The redesign aimed to align the app with the refreshed brand look and feel while significantly improving the overall user experience through clearer, more intuitive journeys. Every touchpoint was rethought — from the splash screen to order confirmation — resulting in a cohesive, consistent experience that drove app-based sales growth by several hundred percent.

Much of the app’s core structure remains in place today, a testament to the strength of the design thinking and the collaborative effort of everyone involved in delivering the project.
